Terry Stephens has experienced many challenges in a 25-year construction career. From Bio-pharmaceutical and Micro-electronics to Data Center and Class A Office & Retail Space; Terry brings a reputation as an industry expert in all aspects of Construction Management. Terry has been the leader in all phases of the construction process. He has assembled and managed multi-company preconstruction and BIM teams. His experienced leadership in spearheading scheduling, procurement, fabrication and modularization, resource planning, and overall project delivery makes him an asset to any project team. Whether he is reviewing engineering, constructibility, or contract terms, or creating and monitoring schedules while scrutinizing cost control efforts, he offers hands-on experience in directing all project activities from conceptual design through construction, validation and start-up for any challenging project.

He believes in the philosophy that the success or failure of any project can be attributed to a responsible budget, a well thought out and executable construction plan, and the proper reaction to changes outside of the teams’ control. With more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, David Bacock – Founder & President of Advanced Piping Design – offers a broad spectrum of knowledge in planning, detailing and installation of plumbing & mechanical systems. He is known as a leader in the BIM community with a stellar reputation to deliver timely and accurate models and supporting documentation. Dave’s understanding and proficient use of the industry’s most advanced software and his custom coordination and fabrication process streamlines any job. His experience with piping fabrication, modularization, and skid fabrication makes him an asset to any project where schedule and logistics are concerning. Dave shares his knowledge by teaching AutoCAD and other detailing software and practices to his local union membership.
